Alarm Monitoring
Below is a selection of the intruder alarm monitoring services that we currently offer.
Redcare Classic - Redcare monitors your alarm system by constantly reporting the status of your alarm through polling. Telephone Line cuts are detected very quickly through this signalling method. This type of monitoring is very secure but only offers security through a single path of transmission.
Redcare GSM - Quite simply the most secure monitoring solution on the market. Redcare uses two different paths of transmission for your alarm system. The redcare side works exactly as above but it is coupled with a secondary path of signalling using GSM. Telephone line cuts therfore are detected on the Redcare side, but the system continues to function on the GSM side, ensuring that alarm signals can still be recieved at the monitoring station.
Dualcom GPRS - Dualcom offers dual path signalling in an alternative way to Redcare GSM. The primary signalling path is the GPRS, which is always on. Should this be attacked or fail, secondadry signalling is achieved over a standard PSTN telephone line.
IP Signalling - Ip signalling works in a similar way to Redcare. The alarm system is polled at intervals, should this fail or be attacked, secondary signalling is achieved through the GPRS path.
